MDM Publishing, based in Yeovil, became our first offshore print and
distribution clients in December 2006.
After a thorough examination of the needs of each of MDM's three titles, the
team at Project Consultancy were able to demonstrate that a move to
Blackwell Offshore Publishing Solutions would provide the most
cost-efficient solution on the market.
MDM Publishing is well-established and indeed at the forefront of publishing
in its particular field of expertise. The hard-earned reputation of each of
MDM's titles was clearly of paramount importance and having established the
business case for the proposed change of supplier, Project Consultancy
began a detailed implementation process to ensure print quality, turnaround
times and ease of doing business would, at the very least, remain consistent
with the very high levels experienced before the move.
MDM were delighted with the quality of service received from the Blackwell operation in Singapore, the smooth transition implemented by Project Consultancy and the resultant cost savings achieved.
