186K was a new company set up to create a nationwide fibre optic network. The requirement was for a complete hardware infrastructure, software and the ongoing support, the final contract was in the region of £50m over five years. The project was managed by us and spanned the complete purchasing process from the requirements definition through to the final supplier selection.
