OMBS
When OMBS, a vocational career college in the heart of Oxford decided to move premises, they realised the only way to ensure there was no disruption for the students would be to complete the transition out of term time. With only a two-week window at Easter, OMBS called in Brook Project Management to ensure all aspects of the move, including some refurbishment work at the new location, were completed in time. The project was managed by a senior project manager and delivered on time and budget, with the new building opening to students on the first day of term exactly as promised.
