Peter Sidwell
Peter Sidwell, a prominent and highly popular
chef from England's Lake District, wrote and self-published his first
cookery book in the summer of 2007.
Having received a word of mouth recommendation about Brook Project
Management's services, Peter contacted us and asked that we find him the
best quality offshore print package on the market. Again utilising the
Blackwell operation in Singapore and the buying power generated by it, we
were able to offer Peter a solution whereby the book was printed in
Singapore and shipped back to the UK.
Good Taste, by Peter Sidwell, was printed in October 2007 and was launched to rave reviews in the UK at the end of November that year. Since its launch the book has received consistent high levels of praise, both for the well-written and beautifully illustrated content and also for the quality of production.
