When the idea of splitting the print requirements of large run books was mooted at John Wiley & Sons, Brook Project Management were called in to assess the feasibility of the plan. Financial analysis of book printing costs compared with shipping costs and other operational expenses was carried out to ascertain whether printing could be split across different continents. The findings were then presented in person to the members of the board.
