RCOG, based in London, had been considering an operational change to increase efficiency and reduce the costs associated with its publications. Project Consultancy were asked to construct a high level business model to show the effect on the bottom line which the proposed change would have.
As well as the high level report, a far more detailed breakdown was required to show which elements of the change would deliver the best results and therefore, as part of a graded change programme, should be introduced first.
The model and analysis were presented in person, on budget and ahead of time.
