How Does Journal Delivery Monitoring Work?
For each of the mailings you wish to monitor we supply you with decoy names and addresses which you simply add to your mailing list.
Next you tell us when you expect the mailing to be sent out and we take over from there.
As soon as the mailing arrives at any of our decoy addresses, that arrival is logged along with a note about its condition. At the end of the month, this collection of arrival data is compiled into a report and sent to you.

There is a £100 per month reporting fee for Journal Delivery Monitoring. After that, the amount you pay depends on how many items are received at each decoy address. Each item received is charged as follows:
- USA: £1.25
- Canada: £1.50
- Japan: £2.75
- All other destinations: £1.75
How Do I Take Advantage of Brook Project Management's Journal Delivery Monitoring Service?
Simply contact us to register your interest and we will send an application form out to you.
Once you have decided which titles you want to monitor, and in which countries, we will ask you to sign an agreement specifying your requirements. We then supply you with the decoy addresses to add to your mailing lists and ask you when the mailing will go out.
After that simply wait for your delivery monitoring report to arrive within 3 working days of the beginning of the next month.
Remember, the report you receive will be accurate, unambiguous and completely objective.
