Next Step - Journal Delivery Monitoring
The first step to setting up delivery monitoring for your publications is to contact us. We will then be able to talk through your needs and establish just how much monitoring would be the right amount for your business.
We will then supply you with a list of seed addresses which you will need to add to your mailing lists.
Our delivery monitoring currently uses agents in 8 countries including USA, Australia and Japan.
Having agreed your particular requirements, the only thing left to do will be to set up your account.
Once delivery monitoring has commenced, you will receive monthly reports in electronic form. Hard copies of the reports will be produced if required.
Please note that Brook Project Management's delivery monitoring has the built in flexibility to allow you to amend your requirements as and when necessary. Adding new titles to the monitoring process, removing others, increasing or reducing the number of destinations in which we monitor your titles; these are all details you are free to amend, even once your account has been opened and monitoring has started.
