Taking on someone to manage your relocation can be almost as worrying as doing it yourself.  Listed below are some examples of our work……

Set up of a brand new office

 

Scope of work:
Locate building (of approximately 15,000 ft2), negotiate lease with agents, identify and instruct a suitable build & design company for the office layout, oversee the fit-out, select and purchase furniture, install network cabling and telephone system, include a server room with suitable air conditioning.

From locating a suitable building in February the office was operational on the planned date in July for a prestigious opening ceremony.
 

 
 Relocation of a major Japanese financial house

Focusing on the actual move of this major international financial institution, we ensured the safe removal, transportation and delivery of both the bank’s and employees’ belongings. Working on Friday evening and then through the weekend, we enabled the staff of this highly prestigious company to continue work on Monday morning, entirely as before, only in new surroundings.

Major Relocation of 400 staff

 

Scope of work:
Identify, through a tendering process, a suitable fit-out company, network cabling supplier, telephone supplier, IT specialists for moving and configuring large amounts of equipment.  Plan the move and manage staff communications.

The move was conducted in two phases with the final phase being completed between Christmas and New Year. The move was successfully completed on time and budget, with the building being fully operational from day one.
