As the name implies, Brook Project Management are experts in managing projects. We particularly specialise in evaluating, planning, facilitating and monitoring distribution and supply chain operations for the publishing industry.
However, there are no limits to the type of projects we are able to manage. Past successes have included company office relocations, the implementation of a new distribution strategy within the UK and the implementation of a new IT technical infrastructure.

We are a small practice and project teams may be provided from our own staff or through our associates. This means that our overheads are low and this is reflected in our fees.
